This Request for Proposals seeks evidence-based insights through comprehensive surveys, financing analyses, and detailed case studies of large-scale, purpose-driven public Wi-Fi deployments in Brazil, Indonesia, Kenya, Nigeria, and South Africa, with optional global extensions.
By contributing to this knowledge base, consultants will help shape actionable recommendations for policymakers and development partners, ensuring sustainable, inclusive connectivity for all.
