Guest panelists: Dr. Havish Koorapaty (Standards & Industry Initiatives, Americas), Dr. M. Rehan Usman (Kingston University, UK), and Mr. Xavier Piednoir (International Projects, ETSI).

Session 7: Spectrum Allocation and Regulatory Challenges

The discussion addressed current regulatory challenges in spectrum management, with a focus on:

  • Balancing licensed and unlicensed access
  • Regulatory frameworks that accelerate innovation
  • The role of WRC-27 in enabling regional deployment
