During CONECTA COLOMBIA 2025, one of the region's most significant events on digital transformation and telecommunications policy, Dynamic Spectrum Alliance President Martha Suárez shared valuable insights alongside key figures from the industry, government, and regulatory sectors.
Held on June 11–12 at the Grand Hyatt in Bogotá, Colombia, the event brought together more than 300 executives, regulators, analysts, and stakeholders to discuss the strategic role of connectivity in Colombia and Latin America’s digital and socioeconomic development.
Dr. Suárez participated in the panel “The Role of Regional ISPs in Connectivity and Expansion”, where she highlighted dynamic spectrum access and spectrum sharing as essential tools for closing the digital divide and enabling inclusive connectivity. The session explored:

It was a privilege to share the panel with Fabiola Téllez Fontecha, Ricardo Manuel Torres Mora, and Ivan Sanchez Medina, under the moderation of PhD, Nohora Mercado Caruso.
Dr. Suárez also engaged with distinguished leaders including Sergio Sotomayor (National Spectrum Agency), María Claudia Rey (Cirion Technologies), Raquel Freitas (Conecta Latam), Sandra Urrutia (Government of Boyacá), Ximena Mora (On Net Fibra), and Nohora Mercado Caruso (Government of Bolívar).
